We advise regular health checks and annual booster vaccinations for all adult dogs, cats and rabbits.

In particular, a puppies first adult booster vaccination at approximately 14 months old is especially important to increase their protection from diseases such as parvovirus and distemper – both of which have shown an increase in occurrence since the COVID lockdowns when some pets missed their vaccines.  If you are unsure if your pet is overdue or what they need please contact us via email on hello@dalesidevets.co.uk and help keep our phone lines free for sick pets.

Pets we have previously vaccinated should have a vaccine reminder automatically generated so you should receive a text or email – we have some online appointment slots available to book if its more convenient than phoning us.
