To continue to keep everyone safe, there are a few rules we need to implement:

If you or any member of your household are unwell or isolating, please DO NOT ATTEND the practice –
give us a call and we will re-arrange or provide advice over the phone.

2. Wear a mask at all times inside the building

If you cannot wear a mask we are happy to continue to see you outside.

4. Follow instructions

Please follow all instructions from staff members carefully. We have new ways of working to keep everyone safe.

Whilst we are keen to see everyone back inside, please be aware that we are still dealing with a backlog of work caused by the lockdowns and our revised way of working over the recent months, so please be understanding if your preferred appointment time is not available, or if routine appointments are booked a little further in advance than usual.

Whilst we will endeavour to minimise any disruption from staff having to isolate, unfortunately we may need to re-arrange non urgent appointments from time to time at short notice, so please bear with us! And of course, we do need to consider that we may need to close the doors at short notice again if there is any change in the government advice given.

So in short, as ever, despite all the changes, we are here if you need us – but please keep fingers crossed we can all stay healthy, not isolating and ideally keep the doors open for you all moving forward.
